For One-Time Service, you won't need any equipment. Simply collect your documents in boxes or bags, and we will do the rest. We'll empty the contents into our own 65 gallon bins, which get lifted into the truck automatically, and shredded while you watch.
For Routine Service, we normally use two types of collection equipment. These are provided free of charge. Both come with locks, and you will have a copy of the keys.
65 Gallon Bin:
This cart has a wide slot on the top to put your documents inside. It has a capacity of over 200 lbs, and has wheels to help move it around. It is typically used for large volume, in areas that your customers won’t see.
Executive Console:
This has a wide slot on the side at the top to put your documents inside. This is more like a piece of furniture and is ideal for an office setting. The flat top is a good surface for a printer, copier, fax, etc.
These are the most frequently used sizes, however both larger and smaller bins and consoles can be provided, as well as handy under-the-desk containers.
